BeCode trains untapped talents to become the best Junior devs, AI Operators & SecOps wihtin 7 months. To complete their career switch, they are doing an internship (1-3 months) within a company to hone their skills and become better acquainted with the world of IT.
This is also the first step in our BeCode promoter Subscription plan, and the first steps towards hiring.

Junior developer

After 7 months of training, our juniors are available for 2 or 3 months of internship in your company.

Junior DevOps

  • development process, from actual coding, passing by automation of testing and building, to security concerns.

Junior AI Data Scientist & Analyst

After 7 months of training, our juniors are available for 2 or 3 months of internship in your company.

  • Acquiring, analyzing and understanding data
  • Machine Learning / Deep Learning
  • NLP (Natural language processing)

Through the training you learn how to manage a project, how to collaborate with others. Of course you learn technical skills, but not only. It’s also a behavioral training that adds a lot of value when you want to apply for a job in the industry.

As part of the BeCode training, there’s an internship between 1 and 3 months. So, there was Alstom. I applied for an internship and was selected among a few. The other intern and I got offered a full-time temporary contract. We keep working on the same project, along with one or two other projects. It’s a good continuation to the internship.

On top of the tech skills our juniors acquire in training, our methodology also puts a strong emphasis on soft-skills : our juniors are therefore autonomous, continuous learners, solution-oriented professionals who will be able to adapt to your team, company culture and way of functioning.

BeCode’s mission is to help untapped talents acquire the skills that will enable them to get (back) to the job market. After a successful internship among your company, we will get in touch with you to discuss the way you would like to give back to the community, for example by changing another at-risk job seeker’s life with a student grant.
