Project Manager (Student)

Since 2017, BeCode has been offering inclusive coding bootcamps to jobseekers to start their career in the ICT sector as a web developer, AI data operator, DevSecOps developer or SAP consultant. Job Overview

As a Project Manager (student) at BeCode, you will contribute to various projects aligned with our social mission. BeCode trains vulnerable populations in technology and helps integrate them professionally with inclusive companies. We support learners with collective training, individual guidance, and recently launched a Women Mentoring Program, where you will play a key coordination role. In addition, you’ll assist the Business & Partnerships team, composed of marketing, communication, event, sales, and account management experts. You’ll be involved in promoting BeCode and its partners, supporting the learner’s journey from recruitment to training, and facilitating the match-making process between learners and companies. Through these efforts, you’ll directly contribute to BeCode’s social impact and business sustainability.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Women Mentoring Program :

Assist in recruiting mentors and mentees.
Organizing info sessions for potential mentees
Manage the database of potential learners and mentors.
Support the pairing process of mentors and mentees.
Track and report project progress.

Account Management :

Create customer account overviews that summarize key partnership details and actions.
Contribute to customer reporting.
Document processes and assist in process creation.
Assist in managing customer relationships.
Participate in recruitment tasks (e.g., collect resumes, job descriptions) and facilitate matchmaking.

Communication & Marketing :

Support the marketing & communications team with content creation and preparation.
Manage the general info mailbox and respond to inquiries.
Track candidate registrations for our training programs and update recruitment figures.

Are you the team member we’re looking for? We’re looking for a motivated team member who can support our efforts. To be successful in this role, you need to:

Be a student with sufficient student hours available (Student@Work), for at least 3 months.(1-2 days per week)
Be fluent in English and Dutch or French
Have knowledge of Google Suite and especially Google sheets/Excel
Have excellent communication skills.
Possess strong copywriting abilities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion) is a plus.
