Het BeCode-team brengt heel wat mensen met verschillende achtergronden samen. Wat ons verenigt is onze passie voor onderwijs en de sterke wens om iedereen toegang te verlenen tot educatie in de boeiende banen van het digitaal tijdperk.

Voor ons is dit niet gewoon een job, maar een missie. We hebben er allemaal namelijk bewust voor gekozen om ons op dit doel te richten. We zullen dan ook harder vechten, harder werken én meer aandacht besteden aan het succesvol lanceren van onze junioren in hun nieuwe carrière!

Bij BeCode trachten we de visie die we uitdragen ook om te zetten in de praktijk. Niet alleen in onze promoties, maar ook in ons team vinden we het belangrijk om heel wat mensen met uiteenlopende achtergronden te verenigen, net omdat we diverse perspectieven erg waarderen.
We gaan geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg én gaan er voor de volle honderd procent voor!
Dichtbij lokale bedrijven en onze studenten
Onze regionale teams werven en selecteren kandidaten die ze vervolgens helpen uitgroeien tot de getalenteerde ontwikkelaars én die ze begeleiden in hun zoektocht naar een job.
Onze head quaters zorgen dan weer voor een pedagogisch kader, business intelligence én fondsenwerving zodat we ons doel vlot kunnen blijven nastreven.
